At Functional Organics, we work to get your order delivered quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on shipping options, costs, processing times, and delivery procedures.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories. Functional mushroom dietary supplements are legal and unrestricted in all U.S. states.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer several shipping options within the United States via USPS:

About USPS Overnight (Priority Mail Express)

USPS offers Priority Mail Express service with delivery seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. However, Sunday delivery is available in many major markets for an additional fee. If you require Sunday delivery, you may need to pay an extra charge directly to USPS. Standard Priority Mail Express deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
• During promotions, sales events, or holiday seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some of our products — particularly gummies and chocolate bars — contain ingredients that may be sensitive to extreme heat.

During summer months (June through August), we recommend selecting expedited shipping (Priority or Overnight) for orders shipping to states with high temperatures to preserve product quality.

Functional Organics is not responsible for product melting or quality degradation caused by extreme heat during transit when standard shipping is selected during summer months. Consider this when placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your order at:

If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order:

1. Check your email's spam or promotions folder
2. Log into your account on our website to view order status
3. Contact us at functionalorganicsweb@gmail.com

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Functional Organics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, contact us immediately at functionalorganicsweb@gmail.com. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed (typically within 24 hours of purchase).

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, please follow these steps:

1. Verify tracking on the USPS website using your tracking number
2. Wait 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery date — USPS occasionally experiences delays beyond their control
3. Contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777 or file a claim at usps.com if tracking has not updated
4. Contact us at functionalorganicsweb@gmail.com if USPS cannot resolve the issue

We consider packages lost after 15 business days with no tracking updates. At that point, we will issue a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product before opening or discarding anything
2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at functionalorganicsweb@gmail.com
3. Include your order number and photos in your message
4. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice

Carrier Delays

Functional Organics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• USPS service interruptions
• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• National holidays
• Customs (for territories)
• Address verification issues
• Force majeure events

We will work with you to resolve any delivery issues whenever possible.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at functionalorganicsweb@gmail.com. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.

Subscription Orders

If you have an active subscription with Functional Organics:

• Your products will ship automatically based on your selected frequency (every 30, 45, or 60 days)
• You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each shipment
• You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard
• Subscription changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next renewal date
• Standard shipping rates apply (subscription orders qualify for free shipping when over $75)

Multiple Items in One Order

When you order multiple products, we typically ship all items together in one package. In rare cases (large orders, certain product combinations, or stock availability), items may ship in separate packages at no additional cost to you. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Age Verification

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Functional Organics reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address where age cannot be verified.
